VECONS OÜ (Estonia) is the registered company responsible for operations and customer service.

All products are handcrafted in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Order processing, quality control, and customer support are managed directly by our team to ensure full responsibility for every order.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped from Ukraine.

Shipments are processed through the Kyiv international hub and then forwarded to destination countries.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging (if available), and include proof of purchase.

For customers in Europe, we may also provide local return options when available to reduce shipping costs.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be issued if:

- The item is not in original condition
- The item is returned outside the standard return period

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with photos.
