Where We Ship

Everywhere. USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, Asia — if you can order online, we can ship there.

How Fast

Most orders arrive in 1-2 weeks.

Processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping takes 7-14 days. Total: your hat usually arrives within 2 weeks of ordering.

Sometimes it takes longer. Holidays, customs delays, peak shipping seasons — these can push delivery to 3-4 weeks. And very occasionally, if everything goes wrong at once, it might take 5 weeks.

But that's rare. Most packages arrive fast.

Processing Time

Most hats ship within 1-3 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as we hand the package to the carrier.

Some hats are made to order — check the product page. If it says "made to order," expect 5-7 days before we ship.

Why Ukraine is Faster Than You Think

Yeah, we're shipping internationally from Ukraine. You'd think that means slow.

It doesn't.

Ukrainian postal service is efficient. We use express shipping methods. Your package doesn't sit around — it moves.

Here's the route: Ukraine → international transit hub → your country's postal system → your door.

Each step is fast. The only wildcard is customs in your country. Sometimes packages clear in an hour. Sometimes they sit for three days. We have zero control over that part.

Tracking Your Order

You get a tracking number when we ship. Use it.

Check tracking every few days so you know when to expect delivery. Most carriers require a signature — if nobody's home, they'll leave a notice and you'll have to pick it up or reschedule.

If Your Package is Delayed

Give it 3 weeks before you start worrying. If it's been longer than that with no tracking updates, email info@capshatsua.com.

We'll check what's happening. Usually it's just stuck in customs and will clear in a day or two. Occasionally we need to file a claim or send a replacement.

But again — most packages arrive in 1-2 weeks. Delays are the exception, not the rule.

Shipping Cost

Depends on where you live and what you ordered.

Typical costs:
Small hat to USA: $15-25
Europe: $12-20
Canada/Australia: $18-30
Multiple items: more

Free Shipping Promotions

We don't offer free worldwide shipping year-round because international postage is expensive.

But we run promotions. Free shipping over a certain amount, usually during holidays or sales. Sign up for emails if you want to catch those.

Customs and Import Duties

USA Customers — We've Got You Covered:
We pay all customs duties and import fees for USA shipments. You pay exactly what you see at checkout. No surprise fees when your package arrives. It's all included upfront.

All Other Countries:
You might have to pay customs fees when your package arrives. We can't predict how much because every country is different.

Some countries (like parts of Europe under certain thresholds) charge nothing. Others charge 10-20% of the product value.

You're responsible for these fees. We can't refund them or cover them. We can't mark packages as "gift" to help you avoid fees — that's illegal and gets packages seized.

If you refuse to pay customs, your package gets returned to us and you don't get a refund for shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost: If tracking shows it's genuinely lost (not just slow), we'll replace it or refund you. Email info@capshatsua.com.

Damaged: Take photos immediately and email us. We'll send a replacement or refund depending on the damage.

Stolen after delivery: If tracking confirms delivery but you never got it, that's between you and the carrier. We'll help you file a claim but we can't send a free replacement for porch theft.

Delivery Address

Double-check your address before ordering. We ship to exactly what you enter.

Wrong address = wrong delivery = no hat for you. We can't refund shipping for address mistakes.

Can't Ship To

We ship almost everywhere. Exceptions:

• Countries under international sanctions
• Regions with postal disruptions
• Active war zones

If checkout won't let you complete an order, you're in one of these areas.

Bottom Line

We're in Ukraine, but we ship fast. Most orders arrive in 1-2 weeks. Occasionally longer, but not often.
